The greatest treasure hunt of all time isn't happening on the Island.

Sometimes it's an earned stunt. Other times it's a fully designed flagship activation.
We fuse experience design, event production, and creative technology to turn moments into emotion, memory, and attention that sticks.

We've picked up some of the shiniest trophies on the biggest stages — but our clients hire us for the work, not the hardware.
Fortnite × One Piece
The greatest treasure hunt of all time isn't happening on the Island. It's happening out here.
The provocation
The story
But the treasure isn't lost
Every week, something impossible from Fortnite crashes into the real world. And inside it: the treasure. Everyone can see it. Everyone knows where it is. Nobody can open it. Because finding the treasure isn't the hunt — finding what unlocks it is.
One treasure. Two worlds.
The world charges it
Millions of players don't need to be in the host city to enter the hunt. They just need to play. Every qualifying Sprite action pushes the community closer — and the real-world treasure shows it. The counter climbs. The structure glows. Energy builds. Something is coming. The whole Fortnite community is powering one thing.
The city powers it up
The easy way to contribute is to play Fortnite. The harder way? Find the ones that got out. Five activations turn each host city into a playable map. Different locations. Different challenges. Different levels of commitment. Different ways to collect. Five activations. One citywide hunt.
Execution changes by market — a Fortnite × One Piece vehicle, a treasure convoy, something moving on water, a cultural collaborator at the wheel. The behavior doesn't.
Role in the hunt
Urgency + pursuit
01 / THE MOVING TARGET
One escaped Sprite refuses to stay put.
It moves through the city inside something impossible.
Clues reveal where it's headed next.
Track it.
Intercept it.
Capture it.
If you want this one,
you have to catch it.
Role in the hunt
Accessibility + scale
02 / THE PLAYABLE MURAL
A Sprite is hiding in plain sight.
Inside a massive piece of Fortnite × One Piece artwork.
Thousands walk past it every day.
Open Snap.
Find the breach.
Capture it.
Everyone sees the wall.
Players see what's inside.

Cultural relevance
03 / THE CULTURAL DROP
Don't lead with Fortnite.
Lead with something people already want.
Fashion / Music / Anime / Culture
Then hide Fortnite
one layer underneath.

03 / THE CULTURAL DROP
A golden Fortnite pickaxe hangs like art.
Someone grabs it.
Swings.
The wall glitches.
Another hit.
Boom.

03 / THE CULTURAL DROP
The wall isn't hiding another room.
It's hiding another world.
An escaped Sprite.
The internet comes for the culture.
Then falls through into Fortnite.
The one activation we don't optimize for throughput. Hardcore players make the trip, creators chase it, the internet solves it — and the content audience dwarfs the physical one.

Mythology + PR
04 / THE WILD CARD
Not everything should be easy.
A desert.
A mountaintop.
An island.
Somewhere epic.
And then we put something impossible there.
They put a Sprite where?
Role in the hunt
Community + spectacle
05 / THE EXTRACTION
Huge.
Impossible.
Locked.
The world charged it.
The city powered it up.

05 / THE EXTRACTION
But nothing happens.
Then:
Extraction ready.
Saturday / 7:00 PM.
All squads report.
All squads to extraction
You can hunt alone. You can collect alone. But the final unlock takes everyone. Players converge. Squads meet IRL. Creators arrive. The people who spent the week hunting finally see each other. The person you've played with for three years might finally be standing next to you. For once — the lobby isn't on your screen. You're standing in it.

05 / THE CROWD UNLOCKS IT
The treasure is fully charged.
Still locked.
Players open Snap.
Phones come up.
Every screen becomes a beacon.

The lock breaks. The beam hits. The city lights up.
